Entering our 23rd year of business, Snowboard Connection’s goal has been the same from the beginning: to get you outside and having fun, on quality gear at a price you can afford.

It’s the same formula as ever: work hard and stay focused on providing the best service and products’ selection. From the beginning, our goal has been to get more people up on the hill, and to keep them there. We’re not snooty about what we carry, but we have to be able to stand behind every brand we offer. There’s a lot of “snowboard” products that are more suited for a toy store - that’s not us. It’s also important to be flexible and treat each situation and each customer as a unique puzzle, and to solve the puzzle in a cheerful manner. We respect every dollar and every hour you spend with us, and we work hard to make sure you leave satisfied. That’s how we approach it, and if sometimes we don’t succeed, we learn from our mistakes.

Twenty-tree years is a long time to be in business, we know that it was hard economic period for everyone from applying for personal loans to borrowing $200 from your friends to make an order, but that time brings with it a momentum that is difficult to characterize. Sure, we have lots of spare parts, old boards on the ceiling, signed posters and pro riders stopping in - but more fun than that - we have stories! From your first turns to your first cat or heli ride – we all love to share and hear the lore. You’ll often see folks telling tall tales of the waist-deep wonderland they just ripped up, or the gnarly rock cliff or the sweet kickers...

The simple truth is that we all share this common sensation, this experience of slashing powder, or weaving through trees, or landing a jump, or watching the sunrise on your drive up to the hill, and just being so F’n grateful that you’ve got today and whatever nature has brought you this morning, and it’s yours to share with your friends and the rest of this “tribe.”
